Our UNITS are designed and constructed to simplify and enhance installation and commissioning on site. Their design reduces the need for space and the automation of each unit, customized to the needs of each client, assures safe and easy process handling.
Our UNITS are modular, thus ensuring an easy modification of the processing line. Where an upgrade for the process is needed, the respective UNIT can be added to the process. In modern beverage production, the final product and the associated raw materials determine the processing line and the related UNITS. On the one hand, the quality of raw materials has a direct impact on the need for specific UNITS. For example, sugar with a high level of ICUMSA requires specific FILTRATION / DECOLORIZATION processes, producing a clear and clean sugar syrup.
On the other hand, the treatment of other pruducts such as fruit juices is getting more and more challenging: thermal treatment is key in the production process for fruit juices and with the addition of fibers and pulp, the process design is gaining complecity.
